The Marathon Homes Team, which currently consists of 150 people, operates from a 150,000 square-foot facility in Breckenridge, Texas. Our slogan at Marathon, built for the long run, does not just refer to our homes, it refers to our team. The Marathon Homes Team is everything to us; we work, fight, construct, and win as a team. Marathon Homes' Leadership has hundreds of years' experience in the manufacturing housing industry. We have one of the largest, if not the largest, manufactured home manufacturing facility in the State of Texas.

Home Set Up, Made Simple
When dealing direct with Marathon, finger pointing disappears. Generally, when buying a manufactured home from a retailer, it is hard to know who caused an issue, the manufacturer or the retailer. Marathon stands behind what we sell. On top of that, we handle logistics and construction oversight for your manufactured home set up. We competitively price and oversee all components of the set up, including all of the below:
Marathon handles the shipping of your home from our factory to your property. We competitively bid so we get you the best price possible.
Transport
Marathon only hires factory approved contractors to complete the interior close and finish of your home once it gets to your property. We have many relationships for the trim out and sometimes do this work ourselves.
Trim Out
When your Marathon Home is delivered to your lot a licensed professional will install an exterior AC condenser.
AC
Marathon works with blocking and leveling experts, licensed by the State. We help you find the best contractor and the best price.
Set-up
We help customers choose which foundation is best for their home. Foundations range from compacted road base to concrete runners to full cement slabs. We've seen it all and our experience helps here.
Foundations
Marathon hires licensed experts to connect utilities for your new home. This includes water, sewer, gas, electric, and more.
Utility Connections
